$5 Price Increase on all basic services & Services for Specialty Breeds over 50 lbs

To continue offering the personalized, high-quality care your pets deserve, we’re adjusting our base prices by $5. The larger “Specialty Breed” pets often require more time, strength, and precision—this adjustment ensures our team is compensated fairly for the extra effort and care involved.

This helps us maintain a sustainable operation while honoring the time, skill, and compassion our groomers bring to every appointment.

Policy & Fee updates

No-Show Fee: $50

Late Cancellation Fee: $30

Express Groom Fee:
$20 for basic services, $30 for specialty breeds

Express Grooms are completed straight through with no kennel time—this requires us to limit availability and adjust pricing to reflect the dedicated time and attention these appointments require.

For clients with a history of no-shows/cancellations:

To protect our team’s time and reduce disruptions to our schedule, we’ll now require a card on file for clients with repeated cancellations or missed appointments.
